JLF Manufacturing offers a comprehensive pressing service, including deep and shallow drawn pressings. We have capacities up to 500 tonnes with air cushions, and can produce to 1220mm x 610mm x 180mm deep.
With capabilities to produce both shallow and deep drawn pressings from carbon steels, all grades of stainless, aluminium and alloys. Our extensive in-house tool room can work to almost any specification to produce bespoke tooling for your project. The cost of tooling can be amortised over an agreed number of components to avoid upfront capital expenditure.

We are able to produce deep drawn pressed components from a variety of materials such as carbon steels, all types and grades of stainless steel, aluminium and alloys. Our in-house tooling department is able to produce bespoke tooling to meet any specification, the cost of which can be repaid over an agreed number of production runs, eliminating any large, upfront expenditure.
Our deep drawn pressings are manufactured following strict quality control practices accredited to BS EN ISO 9001. In addition, we use Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) procedures and techniques, as well as Failure Models and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tool for evaluating our processes, control plans, visual aid management, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and control these processes. All of this means that we are able to provide complete reassurance to our customers that all of our products are quality guaranteed and made with the utmost care and precision.
