We can provide a dedicated general presswork service for companies who previously have chosen press braked components.  Identical from the first to last pressing, we are able to provide cost-effective production of small to large batches of metal parts.

Creating tooling and general presswork that meets your specifications

Our experienced in-house toolroom can manufacture standard tooling for general presswork, and bespoke tooling for new projects. We can even adapt existing tooling for updated products.  Once the tooling has been created, the cost can be amortised over an agreed number of production runs.

General presswork with quality as standard

Our general presswork operation follows strict quality control practices accredited to BS EN ISO 9001.  In addition, we work to APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) procedures and techniques to develop products for the automotive industry. We also use the FMEA (Failure Models and Effects Analysis) tool for evaluating our processes, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to monitor and control these processes.
